I saw a lot of bad news about Petco.Today I took my old dog and they almost never pay attention to you, I was waiting for three hours ?They said they were going to give him a medicine that would be good for him, but he has been getting balls all over his body since I took him there, and that's what started happening. I don't recommend that place.

Waited for 15 mins for my curbside pickup. Had to get down and get it. The store was slow as it was in the morning. Their notification system is probably not good.

that asian dude recorded me and took pictures of me walking out the store with out permission i felt so uncomfortable said we were bieng messy when we were just cleaning the cat litter and i was trying to buy ah fish abd he told us we couldn’t aford nothing and he wasn’t gonna sell us a fish we had to wait 30 min till he left so that someone else could asist us employe was ao rude and made me feel harrased he recorded me and followed me up to my car

They cancelled my order for no reason apparently after I spoke to customer service. I assume it’s because I placed a pickup an hour before closing but it was not urgent I could’ve picked it up the next day. I had to place an entire new order. Customer service spoke with IT to make sure my order would not be cancelled again.

This place is nice but they mistreat animals and I've seen that a client who took her puppy and her dog had her eye cut out and they lied saying it was an alien, I don't recommend you go.

We tried them twice for grooming with both our Doodles...they have barely any idea how to groom, very friendly folks but lacking knowledge and skills...we are looking elsewhere....also we suspect they don't bathe the dogs. We suspect they just cut them and deodorize them. Either way this is NOT a location to have your dog groomed.

The store itself is great, but customer support to get a return call or email is horrible. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from the district manager. The grooming was done poorly on my 2 pups and they were sent home with uncut nails, and lots of hair along the paws. Flee bath, with many visible flees still visible, and much more. I am only writing this review because I am getting 0 help and this issue has not been resolved. Support over chat is useless. I've contacted them on numerous occasions and they just keep saying wait for the district manager to call.At this point I am requesting a refund. This is not professional. It's been 2 weeks.

I am utterly disappointed with Petco and have decided not to patronize them anymore due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff. We have been long-term customers, frequently buying cat food there. However, in recent months, our three cats have consistently rejected the food from Petco, including their favored brands.Upon inspection, we noticed a foul odor emanating from the newly opened wet food cans and packages, which left us with no option but to discard them, as returning opened food seemed implausible. When we attempted to return the unopened items, despite our phone number reflecting a history of numerous cat food purchases, the staff refused to accept the return due to the absence of these items in our specific order history.Adding to the frustration, not all of our items were returned to us, and some were retained without issuing any refund. This experience has eroded our trust in Petco, as it demonstrated a lack of regard for loyal customers, coupled with their failure to ensure product quality. We have resolved to shift our business elsewhere, where quality assurance and customer service are given priority.
