“Amazing service, called for quotes because I was helping my friend who was moving to Houston get her things in a storage. Nataly helps me so much with the different units that were available. She followed up with us and was such an amazing help. This location is very clean…”

“Absolutely love the customer service with this business. Norma is always so understanding and willing to help out when needed. I always recommend this storage place 100/10”
“rented 2 units for close to 3 years. excellent office and management staff. excellent communication with management and office staff as well. property is secured with cameras and gate code entrance. establishment is very well lit at night. no water or rodent damage to my belongings after nearly 3 years in storage. establishment is very well maintained. units i rented were outside. thank you to the staff that was always available to accommodate me on 2 or 3 occasions when i needed access after hours. also noticed frequent patrols by edinburg p.d. and university police since the units are off the main strip in edinburg.”
“Used their services for a while must say was a pleasant experience, no issues place stays clean , staffing customer service is excellent would recommend to anyone..”

There is historical facts why this local business is still here. Customer Service !”
“Used these guys twice in the last year for long distance moves. The previous manager, "Gus", who was a joy to work with has retired, but Rick and his son have continued the tradition of great customer service. Moving is stressful and these guys do all they can to make it easier. Good prices and great service!!!”
“The U-haul was great to me. I reserved a 20ft truck for my move. When I went to pick up my truck 20ft wasn't available so they upgrated me to a 26ft for free !!I'm glad they did cuz I used every foot !!”
