These guys are unprofessional, no punctuality, refuse service for nothing else but being lazy. Rude and no customer service whatsoever got treated like i shouldnt have gone, when its a public business and people go to pay for a service not take anything for free. Very rude employees.

Went in for an alignment, the man who attended me had me buy camber bolts to install. He went ahead and put them on and charged me, the car was not aligned properly. I went in again, not only did he charge me another $50 but my vehicle was in worse condition then the first time. His exact words were “ya kedo el carro” that was about a year ago. Never went back and went with Pueblo tires, there they explained the problem well and provided me with a printout of the issue. The person at Pueblo was even skeptical about the “camber bolts” that were supposedly installed. Worse service at Saenz auto and truthfully I felt robbed.Service: Wheel alignment

Left the lot with the steering a lot wheel more strait than when I left a couple other shops,(with a truck that’s been in 3 crashes) and the guy working on it pointed out to me the two reasons why he couldn’t align one side. Something the other places didn’t tell me. Would definitely recommend to people I know.Service: Wheel alignment
