0 stars!! These people are just in it for the cash, they don't care about the customer. I mean, I get it, there's rules and stuff, like no beer, but I'm paying out of my own pocket, so what's the harm? They should be working for me, not some county official. I'm the one paying for the service, not them. It's like, they're just gonna report everything to my PO and take my money. I'm done, I'm switching to another company in Weslaco, TX. They actually care about their customers. Safety checks? More like safety scams, taking your money and not giving a damn about your issues. Terrible customer service.

3-19-2025 closed no power , life happens.
Went on when power was back on and place was straight forward helping me to what I needed .

Beware! They will charge you for the whole month even if you're only using their device for a few days. You'll have to call them to get a corrected invoice... and pay half the month. They don't even pro- rate the days.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would!!!! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I’ve been having technical issues with my device and been contacting them for help, but THEY DONT HELP AT ALL. save you money.

Called to make a payment and Rick was super rude. My payment is due on the 5th but it was Sunday and it was closed so i made it on the 6th and was still charged a late fee. “Well you should’ve called Saturday” was the response. Money hungry company with terrible costumer service, can’t wait to be done with them. All other times I’ve called they have been great… it just takes one.
