Horrible customer service. These guys think we know anything about paint and are of little help when it comes to finding out what we want. I don’t even think they even know what they are selling.

Terrible attention, the manager during work time on a private call took a while and when she left she did not apologize or say hello. Prices too high.
1 5 gallon bucket $298. I went to PPG and 1 5 gallon bucket $86.
The difference is enormous. And the attention at PPG is first class.

We came in Saturday to reorder some paint we bought recently, but they were sold out. However, we were promised that the McAllen store would deliver paint to the Edinburg store by Monday. They kept their promise and Jon helped us out Monday.Great professional place!
