Horrible customer service. Went into the store to purchase some items, mind you they were not busy at all. Walked in and an elderly lady and a young lady were where the kitchen is talking. They saw me standing in front of the counter and did not even acknowledge me, stood there for about 3 minutes waiting then the older lady seems to be walking toward me but nope she turns her back on me and fiddling with her purse don’t know what was so important at moment to be going thru her purse instead of taking care of the customer. Management should really look into people not doing their jobs

I went to have to do to get air in my tires and put two dollars in the machine. I tried filling up my tires but the machine was not working properly because it never would allow me to put air in my tires so I went inside and I asked the cashier, if she was aware that the air machine wasn't working. She told me right off the bat that she knew it was not working so I asked her why not put an out of order sign on it? Then she threw an attitude off at me and said we're not allowed to touch those machines and I said well it's pretty ridiculous that everybody who goes to that machine and puts two dollars in it looses their money because you're too lazy to put an out of order sign on it? Then she promptly replied that's exactly what I said so I said well that's ridiculous because number one its raining number two I had to come in here and complain to you to get a refund so the least that you could do was refund me the two dollars and she said that wasn't her job to do that. Trust me I'll find out whose job it is to do that and I will report this online and blast you on the Internet. She told me she could care less what I did. Everybody has a Boss and we'll see how happy you are once I report this, so I need to know who I need to speak to personally about this cashier with an attitude problem. If not, I will on Facebook, and every other website I can and put the same story out there and see just how many people I have at the same thing happen at this store with this same smart mouth cashier.Not very good for business in a small town people! I'm sure 7-Eleven would not be happy to hear that their brand name is out of the business, the gas station and the air pump and the fact that some cashier with an attitude problem is treating customers that way with their name on the building. How hard is it to put in that order sign seriously or refund the two dollars when you know the machine is not working??? This is really lousy business practice.
