This is the worst Stripes I’ve ever been in. Pumps that they KNOW don’t work, aren’t flagged. Pumps that do work won’t give receipts. I went in and ordered a three different tacos before I hit one that they actually had. Even then, I ordered a bacon and egg taco. Started down the road and it was a ham and egg. I asked for a receipt for my fuel purchase as I paid for my taco. Got to the car and the receipt was only for my taco. Has to go all the way back in to get the receipt I wanted. Management is too lazy to go mark the non working pumps so that customers don’t waste time trying to get fuel there. I doubt I ever go back to that store.

My niece came home and told me an employee was yelling at her mom. When I asked she told me an employee cussed her out and berated her in front of everyone for reasons not related to work. I told her to report this incident to the manager and the manager told her “I didn’t see it so I’m not going to do anything” disgusting behavior for someone in that kind of position. She should not be a manager and that employee should not be working anywhere if she is comfortable to be cussing and using vulgar language in front of children.

There is never coffee and besides they get angry because you tell them that there is no coffee aside they never have flavored cream I don't know why they get angry if it is their job they should be happy with their job

Manager has no customer service skills. Being to dozens of stripes throughout the valley and no other stops selling lottery after 10 pm. The manager claims that her employees make mistakes, and that's why she won't allow them to sell them. So, instead of proper training, she prefers to stop doing business.

Wasn't greeted when I walked in management, was in a bad mood, I think she woke up in the wrong side of the bed, long line at the register,food had no taste, wasn't hot but warm, I could go on but not necessary.
