Ok place to live but my apartment is infested with roaches... they crawl out of the outlets and all they can do is send pest control ... don't plan to renew lease. Nothing high end on these apartments.

I’ve personally taken a tour at these apartments and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my visit there

Moved here recently and its been by far the best place ive lived in. Staff is helpful and super attentive to the tenants needs. Leasing agent Areisy went above and beyond to get us our beloved apartment. The apartments are well kept and taken care of, residents are also friendly and respectful as well as considerate about one another. I highly recommend this complex if youre looking to move into a safe and calm environment ☺️ would rate higher but only lets me put 5 stars lol

The quality of the apartment complex decreased drastically since 2020! It was once mainly professionals and families. It Is now college students. The university bus stops in front of the complex. Management has changed at least 3 times since 2020. All record of previous leases and deposits get lost. The Grounds are not taken care of consistently. Repairs take weeks. The pool is often locked during the day. If you want a nice complex, look at the newer ones on Jackson. I do not recommend.

Please listen to the bad reviews. Unfortunately, it is all true. New management gets hired every few months because the previous staff keeps contradicting themselves on what they state and offer to lure you into signing which ends up being a lie causing tenants to complain. Everything seems okay in the beginning, but there is a lot of misinformation and miscommunication. Although the place is nice (without taking into consideration the bugs, hvac issues, and maintenance problems) and in a good area, it’s not worth the hassle. What got to me is the fact that some neighbors are smoking illegal substances which ventilates occasionally to our apartment and our newborn baby may be affected by it. We have reported this to main office and even got the cops involved, but even when they continue to be sneaky, we can smell it. Nothing is being done. You might have a different experience if you are willing to risk it and tolerate until your lease ends, however, as a friend, I would encourage you to find something better that’s worth the price.

the walkways are dirty and filled with stains and trash bags. We get charged an extra $35 fee a month for trash collection. You can't opt out of it either. There are bugs and roaches constantly finding their way into the apartment. I have killed 3 HUGE roaches in the past few weeks. when pest control does come, it is minimal. they spray a few spots and leave - in and out in less than a minute. bring a can of Raid if you decide to live here.
Also, it has gone downhill in the quality of neighbors, its ghetto. The music playing at the pool is so loud. The amount of cars that suddenly have overtaken the parking lot is ridiculous - more than sure most of the people parking near the buildings with pools don't live there because on days the pool is closed suddenly spaces are open. There are vehicles with Mexican license plates that haven't moved from a space in months. Management doesn't enforce any rules or penalties - the security gates work for a few days and then don't for weeks. Again, its just ghetto now.

Been living here for about 2 months and they have been the worse. The first two days living here I started to see huge roaches come out in the restroom, kitchen, & closets they say pest control comes every month but I’ve never seen them come to my apartment unless I go and ask them. Another problem I’m having is the carpets are so dirty or theirs a mold problem since I’ve started living here my allergies are so bad I wake up with teary eyes and really stuffy to the point where I can’t breathe. People don’t pick up their dog poop so when ur walking on the sidewalk it smells really bad. My A/c has stopped working 2 times since moving in 2 months ago. Also they randomly close the pool and when I called they said it was closed yesterday and people were at the pool. I do agree that management responds quick but I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.

I recently moved here in January and I can only say good things about my experience here. I have to say that Danika made me feel welcomed when I applied for the apartment. Maintenance responds quickly. Just love living here.

Horrible, horrible, service never have I met anyone with such a rude tone. It’s unfortunate that these apartments are so pretty, but Is managed by someone so horrible. I have Called several places for information and toured many as well but this one is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

I've been a resident at this apartment complex for some time now, and I must say, my experience has significantly improved since Danica and the new maintenance team took over. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt response to any issues have been exceptional. The complex feels more well-maintained, and I appreciate the positive changes they've brought. Kudos to Danica and the maintenance team for their great work!
