asked this male worker for help, because I was trying to look for a specific lipstick. so much attitude, showed him the color and brand from my phone. He didn’t find it , and said he was going to look in the back. I continued to look and found multiple, mind you he touched all of the boxes so he had to have seen it. Was so uninterested in speaking to me. During the time he “was in the back”, I found the product myself, continued waiting for him, looked at other brands on the other side of the store, looked around, and paid.
And I have noticed that these employees greet and serve certain ways. When im dressed down , I notice that I receive a very halfed customer service.
if you don’t look like ur gonna buy something some won’t even look at u in the eyes, greet you when u come in, offer you a bag or anything. And I have noticed it’s mainly the men that work there.
The customer service is so unprofessional, some won’t even talk to you.
And I come to this store a lot because it’s the only one in Edinburg.

Great customer service! The place is always clean and the front desk employees are always willing to help. I stay here too long and always walk out with alot of goodies!! this is a great location for all my makeup needs ❤️

Wasn’t aware of there new return policy and just tried to return make up that I only tried once and gave me a bad reaction. Purchased it passed the 60 days and just got around to returning it and unfortunately they did nothing for me as a member. Very unhappy!

First time rating ulta. I was helped by Daisy 🌼 she went above and beyond to assist me with my skin care needs and foundation color match. Her skin is amazing, she shared her favorite products which I purchased, one was sold out but will be back for it. Great energy and amazing customer service🌟

Wonderful service by Jade! She was kind and helpful when I asked her for a foundation match shade. She told the process of the match shade, she sanitized the brushes, and she told me why that specific shade didn’t match me after applying it my face.
If you need a match shade look for Jade!
