Upper Valley Family Clinic is a nice and conveniently located clinic. The staff is very friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctors and nurses are very nice, take their time with patients, and listen to medical issues. They perform necessary tests promptly. The wait time is pretty normal, not long, and understandable. The clinic is accessible for those without health insurance and is open on Fridays and Saturdays. While most experiences are positive, mentioning excellent customer service, there can be occasional frustrations. Many patients love the place, feel at ease, trust it with their family's needs, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice clinic and conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and the wait is pretty normal. Most clinics I been to the wait is much longer.
NP and staff were very attentive and listen to the medica issues I have.
I enjoyed the visit.
