Bought ourselves a new volvo c40 recharge. I've had it for a week and have really enjoyed it. Christian was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Our family’s experience with Volvo dealership in Edinburg,Tx, was Customer Service at its finest. They did everything in their power to help us get a Great deal. Rudy, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about Volvo and took the extra time to drive us to a nearby dealership to see a vehicle as well. From their new general manager making calls on the spot to Maria, the sales manager, including us in the making of the deal, and the staff listening to all of our requests, to them taking the time to bring my kids and family food while we waited. We felt right at home. Above all we left Satisfied with our purchase because we got what we asked for and they didn’t just sell us what they wanted. I had purchased a Volvo previously, but, unfortunately it turned out to be a lemon. Because I liked the vehicle so much I decided to give them another opportunity. However, the staff at the time was unpleasant to work with. I was referred by another Bert Ogden employee because there was a new manager, Maria. He assured me that I was going to receive nothing but exceptional service from her. He was not wrong! Maria was professional, attentive and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend you pay a visit to BG Volvo and speak to Maria and Mr. Tamez. You won't be disappointed!

Would be nice to give you a call that they don’t have the vehicle anymore.i set up a appointment online and a few minutes after got a call at 2:30 to go check the car same day at 4:00pm and got there early at 3:20pm and they tell me the car sold within 2:30pm-3:20pm waste of time and the drive and they still try to talk to me about checking out other vehicles at there lot really annoying they should’ve called me or at least informed me that someone was looking at the vehicle definitely ain’t coming back here.

The entire Volvo staff at Bert Ogden Volvo are amazing people! Super helpful and friendly. Maria, the Volvo manager, Cristian and Shirley, salespeople, and Johnathan in finance made it so easy and fun for us to choose the right Volvo for our family. They went out of their way to make our experience great. Wonderful people and they have a big selection of Volvo cars to choose from. 5 star rated dealership. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience for good reason, but Jeff, Mario A,, and Hector do their jobs well. The communication of product specifications and the options we had available to us was excellent.
