Got to the pharmacy at 1:30 for a pickup that was already ready and they pushed back saying the close at 1:30 for lunch they wouldn’t be able to ring it up.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have had nothing but great service at this pharmacy compared to other pharmacies. Everytime I call on the phone the reps ex: Valerie always provide such great service even though they are extremely busy. I truly recommend this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacists. A lot of times we been receiving the medications wrong and we have to go back and end up paying more money because of their mistake. And they always have a very bad attitude I mean if you don’t love your job what are you doing their. Never coming back.

The younger girl up front with the light colored eyes told me to come back in an hour for my prescription. I really needed them so I told her I would wait. They never called well after an hour and a half so i decided to go back and check. She told me they couldn't transfer my prescription because the other pharmacy had closed. So why not call your customer back to let them know?? Especially since you were the one that told me to come back in an hour, and got my phone number when I spoke to you??? This is the kind of employee who does the bare minimum. Don't expect this pharmacy to let you know they won't be able to give you your prescription. Avoid this location! I transferred them to the neighborhood walmart pharmacy on 23rd and Dove. I have already received far better customer service.

When i called about my goodrx coupon not being applied they had me speak to a manager named Carlos. Anytime i tried to speak or ask a question as to why i was told it would be applied the day before and suddenly it wouldn't be he would cut me off, speak over me, increase his volume, and be dismissive. When i told him i was still a paying customer and he could let me speak he said i was making him feel incompetent...um its not my fault you feel incompetent. If i can make you feel incompetent in a 3 minute phone call how are you surviving life??? Work on your feelings on your own time because 9-5 is the customers time. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Everyone else i spoke to was so nice and attempted to be helpful, but this guy was giving zero cares and should not be in a customer service industry as i feel he doesn't do well at servicing customers...like at all. Being loud and dismissive is not an attribute, manager or not. When people r giving you their hard earned money your only job is to be accommodating, especially if u r a manager setting the tone for other employees and you are a reflection of those employees. They should consider offering him a seminar to learn how to be less sensitive because u can't cry everytime someone tells you they are dissatisfied with your service and attitude. Again, other people were amazing (especially Sandra) so its sad that this employee (carlos) drags down the reputation of the bunch. I will no longer be giving that pharmacy my business.
