The last visit my son’s phone had stopped turning on so needed to switch his number to one of my old phones process went very smoothly. It would have helped me if I would have been able to do it through the website because it takes more gas money to go in person than it would have to just be able to switch the number my self. But the guy working was very helpful getting it switched.”
