Ok so I am updating my review even though Meat was cut thinner than it was suppose to be and we were missing some of our order. They did call and will be getting our missing items to us and they explained the reason for the cuts.

Good folks. We had a longhorn steer processed. Took about 3 weeks! Nicely vacuumed packed and all cuts are exactly what we asked for. Thank you Jason And Stephanie! We'll see ya'll on the next one

We just picked up our first steer and pig and I can't express how pleased we are with these folks. Stephanie is awesome to work with. We already have our next 6 pigs and another steer scheduled. Thank you to our new Vallet friends.
