I had a good experience here. The first time I went in, I happened to get the manager of the store. He was very helpful and gave me some options to consider. Wasn't salesy or pressurey, just let me know what they could do and what I could do. Came back a week later, and they were courteous and helpful again. Appreciated all aspects of this store and it's associates!

I had a great experience with the AT&T representative named Claudia. She was able to help me get a new watch that I wanted. And while I was there, she also helped me revamp my plan that I had to a better one that would save me money. I love my new Apple series 9 watch

I swear AT&T in el campo is ridiculous. Came in to do some changes to my account and it wasn’t working so I ask her to contact there support team which is “RST” she said no I’m not gonna contact them bc we close at 8pm so I look at her like umm but it’s 7:30 she said yeah I know but I ain’t gonna be stuck on hold… this is exactly why Att corporate needs to train there authorized dealers bc corporate could never.

Went in to ungraded my phone and ask some questions. Was immediately interrupted to be informed that we had to do it online. There were no phones on display to even look at. The only employee in there was playing on her phone and was very rude. Ridiculous!!!!

Great service and energy at this ATT store! Very pleased with their teamwork and assistance in getting me up and running with my phone issue! I will be shopping here next time our family needs a phone or phone accessories.

Went in for a simple upgrade and some other requests, was greeted with rude remarks and attitude. Will definitely not be going back. I’ll drive to Richmond or Victoria. What a hometown experience! If I could leave a 0 star review i would.

Fair tried to get refund for equipment that didn't work was never used. Very hard to get refunds.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have been a customer with them for years now and they used to have a great staff that was kind and helpful- I don't know who this new manager is but I called to get help and she snapped at me on the phone saying "I already told you this, we can't do it for you." which she had not- she had talked to my brother, and we needed help understanding a form! After politely asking her for help again she angrily told me what I needed to know. I have never been disrespected for asking for help until now and it was awful. This manager has also treated my brother and dad poorly and has really made us consider switching providers to simply not have to deal with her and her attitude. Think twice about calling and asking for help- might get your head bit off.
