Took my suv in to get it diagnose what my problem was with my ABS brakes. Every nice, took their time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. First time using their service. Great experience!

Had an appointment at 8 am, which was scheduled two weeks ago. To have a diagnostic test ran on the vehicle. My husband drops it off and at 2:35 goes to check why the vehicle still wasn’t done, the vehicle was in the same spot from this morning and hadn’t even been touched. Don Davis was specifically told we needed the vehicle back today & they told my husband if they didn’t get it done today they would get it done tomorrow. A simple test that auto zone did for us in 5 minutes and Don Davis couldn’t even run the test after having it almost 5 hours.
