I rented a large climate controlled unit from EC Storage for about 9 years. Was moving out of one house and remodeling another so needed lots of storage room. The owner was great in setting me up with the right size unit. AC was always working in the storage area, inside walk path was always clean as were the outside grounds. Never had a problem getting in/out of my unit day or night. Owner was friendly and responded to calls and texts quickly. Would highly recommend EC Storage and would definitely use them again if/when the need comes up! (Dale M)

"crooks".....they are crooks. Tried getting a hold of them for several multiple times. Never get a reply to my letters. No returned phone calls. Can't ever get a hold of anyone. Then they lock multiple people's storage units to sell for storage auctions. They have gone too far. Stay away

Incredibly poor service. They do not send out receipts or payment or notify customers if there is a mistake or oversight in payments. They will cut your lock and threaten to put stuff on auction without a phone call or notification by mail. Be very careful with this company. I will never use them again.

I am renting a storage building here for the forth time. I have always had a good experience. The units and the property are clean and secured behind a locked gate. The owner is always very responsive!
