So I decided to go in person to the store to make sure my claim was done correctly. Ashley W went above and beyond to make sure I got the same tv I wanted. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. She always had a friendly smile the entire time I was there. If you go to the El Campo or Bay City location....ask for Ashley W. You won't be disappointed.”
