I will start off by saying that I am a big fan of Ritz slushies. But I cannot believeeeee that the slushie machine is always broken like the McDonald's ice cream machine. So many rude employees especially the white gorl. Also the store smells of cigarettes' I feel like I am getting second hand smoke. But I hold this Ritz close to my heart most of the employees are happy and seem to enjoy there job.

Classic example of how a older facility that is not all shined and new can be a good business with service and cleanliness. We stopped at this place on our way back to Katy from El Campo. Faculty looks old and kind of run down. It was very clean and well merchandised. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant chit chat and genuinely liked her job. We needed something to drink and the restroom. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. The coolers were stocked and running really cold. I'm glad we stopped here instead of a big chain.
