“I was given Richard’s number to help tow my vehicle off the side of the highway after I broke down in the middle of the night traveling alone back to Georgia. Richard didn’t leave me until we figured out the issue, he helped me get gas in the truck and tried to get it started for me, once the vehicle wouldn’t start Richard made sure I was somewhere safe for the night until a shop would open up the next morning. And even came back for me the next morning to tow the vehicle to the nearest mechanic shop, and was going to come back to tow me to Houston for a fair price if we couldn’t get the problem fixed. I’m so grateful for all his help I would have been stranded if it wasn’t for him. I feel as if I couldn’t tip this man enough money. He is very friendly with a genuine personality, He makes you feel comfortable and safe in your time of need. This company is lucky to have him as an employee.
