They don’t answer the phone at this office. If you go in to talk to them you can’t get any answers a package they said was delivered July 31, 2025. I still haven’t received it. I can’t get a refund from the distributor because El Campo post office is showing it was delivered. I know if my package was delivered or not, and it was not delivered.

When the posted hours are on the door and available on the internet, the workers should abide by the time.....
It was 4:24 on Thursday 4/10/25 when I and another customer walked into the Post Office to find the blinds pulled shut and the lobby door locked. I had a box full of stamped envelopes to be mailed that had to be shoved in the slit in the wall. I wish they would respect the hours posted.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Should have had 8 pieces mail delivered by informed delivery on 8/30/2024 at my home, (was expecting 1 piece very important document) but no delivery was made at all. Was told by Post Office they received no mail for El Campo on 8/30/2024. Not sure why there is always issues at our local post office. Still waiting on a mailed check from New Jersey that was mailed to our home July 1, 2024, has not showed up yet, this happens regularly.

terrible experience with workers. package been missing for almost two weeks and i get no answer. then i go up there and patricia was very rude and racist. i think she is the post master. yeah i did not like her at all

Employees have given false information on passport application form and did not accept my correct form which has cause me 6+ months of no passport and missing status.
