They never have coffee ready and their receipt printers for gas never print. I live right next to it and always have an issue with this place.

Came to this 711 to buy some fountain drinks and to use the restroom. The Manager had the restroom blocked off to dry after cleaning it. Since we were on break we waited, it looked like it rubbed her the wrong way. The so called Manager ran her mouth and told us not to dirty the restroom. This is a on going thing with this manager and I don't understand why she is still here.

Bad customer service! They never have change so they pocket it. Not just change, Bill's too. Make sure you count your change. Guy at register tried to short change me $5. The inconvenience of having to go back.

Never has change when I stop by to get gas if I have a 100 bill they will ask for a smaller so I get a 50 dollar bill out and still has no change how is it still on business? If I wan to pay something with a 20 dollar bill they don't even have change for that I mean that's unbelievable

The store manager would not honor a sale on Red Bull which was 3 for $5.50 because according to her, the sale was only for regular flavored Red Bull as she proceeded to yell it from across the room hahaha. All the same price, same ounces, with no specification on the signs. If you have a sign with no specifics, you honor the sale. Bad business not to. This has never happened at any other store on Red Bull sales and this is not the first time this manager has behaved unprofessionally. I've been a regular customer for a few years but that's at an end. Every time I walk in, she's being rude to a customer or a staff member. I feel bad for the people who work under her.

I went to purchase lottery tickets. Clerk attempted to mischarge me. We argued and I tried to walk out. He said, "I printed you need to buy, 5 each $40" - he said this several times and started getting up said - then the last time he 5 each 20. So I paid and left. He was rude and nasty, giving change with no purchase, and not using appropriate cash handling procedures.

I went to use ATM and withdrew a $20. I was going to buy some M&Ms so that I could get some change. As I walked up to the counter to pay the Cashier approached me and gave me stare and then said, "Is that all your going to buy because I don't have change for that $20". I would not have had a problem with that but it was the rude way she said it. Horrible service.

The G.M needs to be replaced at this store she never has change to break a $20 bill if your just buying chips and a drink unless you buy something more then she can give you change. A lot of drinks are not available because they are not stocked in the coolers and multiple times I've gone there is no cheese. Just start going to Valero or Circle K

On those occasions when my cycling include passing by this fine store, I always stop. This is especially true when pedaling in the devastatingly ot 100+F/40+C temps of mid-Summer days. Yuk! Because these high temperatures can easily cause (exertion) heat stroke [more so for me as I have suffered the near-fatal condition on two previous occasions: 08JUL2011, in Sutton CountyTX-USA, while return pedaling from West HoustonTX; and, Summer 1983, ColumbiaMO-USA, while an undergrad at Mizzou], I always stop at 7-11 to ice my water bottles. Sometimes I'll buy snacks, but always, ALWAYS, it is the ice that is needed to keep my body from overheating. I'm extremely grateful to the very professional & friendly staff, and you know this establishment gets my "Wheel of Approval!"
