On January 15, 2024 at approximately 6:15pm I walked into this specific DK and headed towards the beer section. I then proceeded to pay and placed 4 beer bottles on the counter. The lady at the register put two bottles in each bag and she didn’t even ask me for ID or my DOB. I asked politely if I could get them double bagged and she placed 2 empty bags on the counter with an attitude. In most DK’s I go to when I ask for a double bag cashiers are usually cool about it so I’ll help them by lifting the bags with the bottles up while they place the second bag under. This lady rudely said “I already bagged them once I’m not going to bag them twice.” I was a bit shocked. One of the two bags with the beer inside had a slight rip. I ended up bagging the bottles myself with the second bag and I said “Have a wonderful day ma’am.” She replied “yeah, ok. Next!

Dr Pepper rang up as $2.69, told them the price was $2.49. The lady there was rude and said “over 20 cents?, WOW!!!”
I proceeded to waste their time by paying for $1 in gas in change and an extra 21 cents last minute (the money I saved)
I then told her coworker “Its not about the money, its about the principle” then she proceeds to walk away like a dog with a tail tucked between its legs.

Rudest experience I have ever had at a convenience store, and by a manager at that. He was bothered because I asked him to do his job. I asked him to check my lotto tickets, points me to the machine they have there and I told him I didn’t really trust it could you do it for me and I got his attitude instead of his service. I say get out of this business if you don’t like dealing with customers, your company doesn’t need employees like that either.

So on 9/23/24 at 1:26 pm walked In this DK and asked the senior citizen working over the counter if I can please use the restroom and her reply in a ugly bitter unprofessional manner she responded it’s out of service ! And I just left and I called her store to get her name and of course she hung up on me , very rude and unprofessional !

Very rude.!!! Lady with thick eyebrows,long hair very rude. I walked in I said hi no hi back ☹️. After paying no thank you no nothing just with her rude face. They need to hire people that like their work at least pretend.🤦

Just drove from the DK on Yarbrough and pebble hills because they had a restroom break sign up for over 10 minutes and this location has a system is down sign. Is management aware that they are losing money?
