I had a very frustrating experience at the Aarons Rent to Own located on Viscount in El Paso, Tx. I called to speak with Store Manager Javier, but he never returned my call despite being told he would. When I called back, Sales Manager Annabelle refused to let me speak with him, saying he was leaving for the day. Eventually, I was able to speak with Javier, but he was rude and dismissive, denying that he had received any messages from Annabelle. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service at this store.

You can’t believe a word they say. I’ve been a customer of theirs for many years and the store and the one on Saragosa are terrible. The management is poor very unfriendly. They don’t know how to tell the truth to go to Rent-A-Center.

Very disappointed in this location. Went and got a refurbished puzzle couch which I loved. They were really nice and helped accordingly however I had noticed that the sleeper part was slowly sinking. Realized it was completely broken. They picked up the sleeper to send for repair, told me about a week. A week happens and I don't hear anything so I followed up, stated it was at the warehouse and it would be a couple days. Gave it another week called, stated the manager needed to give the information but left for the day but would be given a call back. Gave it til 12pm the next day, nothing so I called. Was told the manager was doing a bank run and would call back. After about almost 3 weeks of waiting with no communication I decided to return the couch. I'm very big on communication and they lacked in that severely. Never missed a payment and was willing to work with broken purchase so it's disappointing. They did offer for a free month after they saw i was returning the couch. So that's always nice.

I have literally never dealt with such an awful company. I’ve been trying to get my sectional picked up for over a week. I gave authorization for the leasing office to open the door for Aaron’s and made them aware that Aaron’s needs to pick up the sectional. Aaron’s hasn’t even tried calling the leasing off. Abraham the manager at aarons (if you can even call him that) said he would go pick it up today before 5:30. I called around 4:45 and he hadn’t left because he said nobody at office answered (not true my leasing office confirmed they had no calls) Abraham said he wasn’t going to go because it was rush hour. He then hung up on me.

This store was very helpful with purchasing my washer and dryer. Rosie was very nice and friendly. I recommend this store to anyone in need of furniture.

Been an Aaron’s customer for years Lee Trevino store but this past year it’s been the worst experience ever mostly there unprofessional. Been waiting three weeks for them to look at my sectional and not one call that they would not be able to make it. Management there is horrible. But now the store is closed and they moved to Viscount.

The store does not return phone calls like they say they will I have been overcharged several times and they will not return phone calls if it all possible I would advise not to use the store on Montana. I have tried four or five times over the past two weeks to make a payment and every one has gotten rude with me and has refused to take my payment because I got behind due to money coming up missing out of my account this location song, the management and employees need to be replaced.

I’ve been paying for the warranty for a while now even with paying off all my furniture early and I called about my bed leg breaking, they sent someone out and I was told I would get a call back. A few weeks pass and still no call so I called and they said no they wouldn't fit it and canceled my account. Would never do business here again, obviously just like taking your extra warranty money and when a problem arises they don't care.
