I've had the worst experience with Aaron's because of the manager Jerry. I got a bed in February and within the month, the bed had broke. I called the store to return the bed and was told I would get a call back to schedule a pick up. For about 3 weeks I've been going back and forth with Aaron's to pick up this bed. It's either we will call back to "see when they're available" and when they are it's a 6 hour window as to when they can come. I've explained I do have things to do so please call before which they do not. Jerry is very unprofessional and claims he will call back and he never does. I asked him for his manager to which he gave me the number to corporate only to say "well the call is going to come back to me anyways" implying my complaints on him won't be heard and no one will care. On top of that I've been getting calls from Aaron's not to schedule a pick up but to let me know my account is past due to which I have to remind which ever employee that called that day I'm waiting for a call back from Jerry to schedule a pick up. This is the worst experience I've had with a furniture store. Jerry is very unprofessional, the employees never know what's going on, and a lot of times I have called the store no one answers. I had to contact a different store to place a complaint and I'm still waiting for a call back. I can't wait for this bed to be picked up so I can go to a better store.

Not happy at all. Got a console with no cables. Went back and found out it was a used console. The salesman Kayleen? Can’t even lie right about it, claiming it was because of my credit score. I got a really good credit score. If you want to be treated like a complete idiot shop here.

The experience started out great, our payments on time, everything, up until my paycheck was lost with the company I work for and I called them to explain why I cannot make the payment the day it was due. Told them I'm okay with the late fees but until I get my paycheck I can't pay because my bank account is at NOTHING. Instead I get badgered with calls all day while I'm working and told I need to call back and make the payment by today. Excuse me? I just told you guys I don't have money. And I'm being asked to borrow money from someone else? My paycheck being late is out of my control, I'm sorry my payment is late for the one time out of months of nothing but on time payments, but these people should at least try to be a little more understanding to the situation instead of being unprofessional and argumentative, putting a time pressure on me when I'm already up to my eyeballs in stress and work. After I'm done and paying this washer and dryer off I refuse to use or even recommend this business to anyone.

Well here I am relying on Aarons for more products only this time to be left disappointed by my experience. Had a rough time with them in the past over a refrigerator filter that took 3 months to receive with no credit to my account. Now I decided to give them another shot only to be let down again. Ordered a washer dryer combo that’s going to cost me 3 times what it would if I bought them out right due a desperate situation. Placed my order online on the 6th here we are on the elevent still no delivery. Some to their sales manager after receiving no feedback on the delay of a “prompt delivery” only to find out due to new management they require id upon delivery. I’ve rented from here before and once the sales manager realized who I was received nothing but grief from with no sincerity to my desperate situation. Tried to explain that as an assistant manager I’ve been working open to close for the past five days and that I needed this washer dryer combo to clean my work uniforms. Was promised a delivery between 1-5pm today but that I had to be at the residence. Hard to do when I’m the only manager on duty and my company policy requires a manger to be present at all times. I expressed this and asked if her store allowed her to leave the property if she was the only one in charge only to be quoted that she could if it was only a brief moment. I pleaded to have the items delivered seeing as how there was an adult here who could vouch for my residential status but was shot down. About 40 minutes later I called back after having to deal with work matters only to be told by the sales manager that she didn’t have any guys to deliver my products. Now everyone has a cell phone a quick call and a rush delivery order would’ve made this review better for the company but now her I am ranting and raving cause I have to deal with trying to wash my uniforms in a washer and dryer that barely work. This location needs to focus on customer satisfaction rather than putting money in their pockets especially seeing as how I’m set up on biweekly “EZPAY( not so easy when it don’t get delivered on time)” and just do their job. You get an order you fulfill it now I have a payment coming up and still no merchandise. Maybe it’s time to revamp the staff and get people there that can follow protocol and contact customers if they have bogus rules that not even their 800 number staff are aware of. I verified my employment, did my application online, got approved and ordered my items. All they need to do is deliver my items and debit my account every two weeks on the schedule I provided for my paydays and not worry unless I call for repairs. Worst customer service ever being treated with mmhmms and yeahs. I’m literally right up the street from them and they still couldn’t deliver in a timely manner.

Everyone at this store is incompetent. Except for Javier. Everytime I call they tell me something different. I had paid for their aarons club for 2 years and when I became unemployed, they told me I was not current with my payment. So I could not use the payment waiver option. They are thieves and liars.
