I had a negative customer experience over the phone. The male that answered just blew me off when I asked for the clip for a Tonno Pro Cover. Was not courteous nor customer oriented. So I showed up minutes later, walked into the showroom and saw the guy that I spoke to. He left me standing there without even acknowledging that I was waiting to be served.
I then walked over to the female cashiers, that DID acknowledge me and took the time to explain that they can order complete Tonno Covers but that they will not order parts.
At the very least, she did provide basic customer service.
Please read on below at the other reviews and you can see a clear pattern of arrogance towards customers and management promising to address this very issue but apparently not doing anything about it. To the management, don't b.s. the public that you will address these issues when you clearly are not.
This company does very flashy commercials. They should provide decent customer service. Alamo's parking lot is full of law enforcement vehicles so it's apparent Alamo may have locked in that city contract and prioritize it over the local individual customer. Bear in mind that the local individual taxpayer provides those funds which keeps Alamo in business.
My advice to the local individual is to go to Alamo's competition or order online. I always try to support local business but only if that local business cares about its local customers.
Hopefully Alamo will really listen to its customer reviews an improve its customer service.

This place is a waste of your time and is very over priced. The staff seem very nice and helpful but they don't care at all and the manager is a bit of a liar. I purchased a bed cover, in less than 2 days after the instal it rained and the cover leaked and not a little bit, it also does inlatch correctly and doesnt roll up all the way. I went back the next day, so it had been less than a week. They told me they would switch it out and just charge me to uninstall this one, and I could pay the difference. I have a rack on my truck so they asked the manger of the instal team to come out and look at it. He said it'll fit but he wants his lead tech to take a look. Problem is that tech was at lunch and won't be back for half an hour. They told me go a head and take off and we'll have him call you as soon as he gets back and you can come back and show him. I left and didn't receive any call. After 2 days of waiting I called them and asked what was going on, the staff I spoke to said that they would call me back in 10 min, again I didn't receive any call. I called back again and same thing happened again, I called back in the next day and got a manager finally and he was very nice and apologetic and said don't worry we are gunna make you happy and told me to come down and bring my truck. I went back in and they came out and looked at my truck and the tech they had that time said nope sorry we can't install it unless you lose your rack. The manager again very apologetic said if you don't want to lose your rack than for the inconvenience I can give you a discount in the form of a partial refund, I asked how much, he said he could do 20%. He said don't make a choice now. Go home and think about it, there is no rush and the offer will stand. So I left, well I went back today and after finally remembering who I was he said if I want to buy something else he would help me personally, that's when I reminded him he said he would refund me 20%. He said we'll it's been to long now so the system won't let me do that but let me see what I can do. After a little while he come back and said I can give you 49 dollars off, (that isn't even 5%) but that's all I can do, is that gunna make you happy today. I said no thanks and he said ok and walked away, after that I walked out and left. Now I could have argued but honestly It wasn't worth my time and energy to deal with someone who does business like that. They kept me waiting and manipulated me until they could say sorry it's been too long. Anyway, even if you don't care what happened in my situation or don't mind dealing with the worst kind of salesman you should still shop around, because the place is stupid over priced, and you can find way better products for cheaper somewhere else.

I went in to find the key locks for jeep hood but only had front one wanted it installed but service department could not also thought of getting truck bed cover but service department had no availability. Very poor customer service from cashier to her sidekick person and management team to busy to come talk to an upset customer. Cashier ran my card 6 times at $1035 saying it was being declined which was not the case, then she kept saying it's asking me to call for merchant authorization and kept telling me that I had to call for authorization!!! No it's your job to call for merchant authorization, she kept telling me no it's not my job because it was my account. After arguing with her for an hour she kept asking management and her sidekick what could she do and they kept saying there's nothing they can do. It took me to call synchrony and finally get this resolved and yet she still would not listen to customer service rep from synchrony telling her that she had to call for merchant authorization. This place is a joke long time customer always buying running boards never again . Managers and employees should always know the operations part of the business and when you ask for a store manager and they tell you the store and installations manager are to busy to come talk to an upset customer who's been there an hour trying to pay for his/hers steps!! What a joke!! You need people that can run a business!

Staff member claimed he had never heard of a cargo area cover for an SUV. Didn't even offer to look up the part. -Wow, imagine having a staff member not be knowledgeable about vehicle accessories, or just too lazy to offer good customer service. These types of "buy local" experiences are what steer customers like me to online retailers.
