Alamo at El Paso Airport is affiliated with National and Enterprise. The cars are clean, smell fresh and in mint condition. Danny Araiza inside terminal at Alamo counter is efficient, professional and courteous. Upstairs, JJ walked me to my Camry and made sure I knew where all the gadgets were and how to start keyless ignition. Thifty has fish funk smelling autos. BUT ALAMO/NATIONAL/ENTERPRISE HAS THE FINEST AND CLEANEST CAR RENTALS.

I received the best customer service by Isaac H. He dealt with a very rude customer that was in line before me. I watched Isaac deescalate the situation and remain kind and professional. When it was my turn, he did not allow the uncomfortable interaction with the rude customer affect his service. Excellent customer service agent, and overall great experience renting a car from Alamo.

Excellent service and car. Check in was a breeze, the staff were super courteous and helpful. Upon return, they went above and beyond and Carlos dropped my family and me off at the terminal with all of our luggage (and stroller and 2 car seats..). I would look no further than Alamo (or enterprise/national) when it comes to renting my next car in El Paso. Thank you Alamo!

Alan was super welcoming and kind when I dropped off my car. He was very friendly and made my experience great. El Paso Airport has been the best experience I have had an airport. Super happy employees, fun, welcoming and kind.

Had reservation and called twice to double check that someone would be there when our flight got in at 11:30pm. They reassured me that someone would be there for 2 hours past my flight arrival. They took down my flight number and said for sure someone would be waiting for us. NO ONE WAS THERE AT 11:30pm. THEY LEFT US STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT!! I called and they said they could do nothing! BEWARE OF THEIR EMPTY PROMISES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Will never rent with Alamo. I had reserved a vehicle under my name but my mom was paying. When we showed up to the male attendant in the garage I asked if he could change the name to my mom and he said it was fine but unfortunately they were closing already and he directed us to the desk inside the terminal. When we spoke to the women she refused to assist us with anything and said we had to call Priceline and just kept saying nope. I doubt she even rented out any cars Friday night. Extremely rude and very unhelpful this was Friday night around 11pm. The guy in the garage was very friendly and helpful but that woman inside just didn’t care

We recently got back from a trip to El Paso to visit the local National Parks. We were helped by Jennifer at the Alamo desk and she was one of the most thoughtful, caring, and professional employees I could've asked for. Not only did she help us select the perfect vehicle for our group size, but she made sure to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Our trip started off on a successful note due in large part to her. In addition, the car drop off process was easy, smooth, and seamless. All in all, I highly recommend this Alamo location to anyone looking for a local car rental company thanks to their amazing customer service and employees.

After a super long day of flight cancellations, rerouting to Albuquerque rather than El Paso, Issac was a bright light in our day. The car we got in ABQ was smaller than planned. He helped us get into a bigger car, on the busiest week of the year. Would definitely rent from Alamo again because of Issac.

Horrible experience we rented car for 3 days got screwed over with the rental they made the process so complicated, we were told false information then multiple charges were made that add up to about $2000 on credit card without authorization, then they still expect car to be spotless and vacuumed when returned. Very disappointing service and way they handled the situation, we are still waiting for the faulty charges to be corrected, definitely DO NOT recommend

I enjoyed the rental vehicle, however, I will no longer due business with Alamo due to the no pet policy. I prepaid for the rental before I knew of the no pet policy, or I would not rented from Alamo. I was unable to take my dog with me to my families over the Thanksgiving holiday due to the no pet policy. This was a great disappointment and huge inconvenience due to finding a place for him to stay last minute. Families often travel with their family pets. My family was disappointed and will not do business with Alamo in the future due to the no pet policy. I rent car often, and If it were not for the no pet policy, I would do all business with Alamo due to the outstanding customer service. This is unfortunate. However, rules are rules.

First of all don’t let them put you in a Nissan rogue whist a piece of garbage Ihad to endure two hours of the center consul rebooting before the car went into limp mode call roadside assistance over and over again promise to replacement car no dice I would stick with a different rental car agency unless you want to be stuck on the side of the road and spend your vacation talking to people who don’t really careDesk not staffed

Booked my car 2 months in advance but when I arrived at the airport all the cars were gone and I was left stranded with the manager telling me I would have to wait 7-8 hours for my car. Terrible experience and customer service. I had to go to another rental company that charged me $300 more for my rental.I can't believe they are allowed to do business this way.
