This location has gone down severely. I just went and was trying to buy salmon, the package was terrible it had a whole, the salmon it's self was rotten with dry hard edges and black all around. Thankfully I noticed before purchasing. Though the sushi was a different story it had hair all over. I keep finding expired food, and the last time I stopped by a few months ago the bread had flys in the bag. It's endless the disgusting things I find at this location.

Ordered a pokemon theme cake for my bf and got just a plain white cake with only the writing. Not what I asked for. Manager said all he could do is give me the cake for free because they didn't have any cake makers working on that day. Such disappointment.

I have ordered meat for delivery at least six times from this location. Every time I’ve received expired spoiled meat products. I was told Albertsons is affordable quality food, but I’m not seeing it.
To further explain my frustrations. I order food for delivery because I cannot get around that easily. Buying groceries from this location is a waste of money. I end up paying for delivery fees and charges and paying out tips only to receive partial orders and have to order from another location to complete My meals. This causes me to pay for delivery and fees and tips multiple times. It’s not a matter of just receiving spoiled food. It’s a matter of receiving spoiled products and having to pay multiple fees.

Bad experience with this store. Making mistakes by charging wrong. Customer service taking for ever. Not the first time. Manager was not helpful at all.

Awful store I didn't realize they close at 10 I had 8 mins by the time they announced they were closed. So I go to the check out and nobody is there . So a employee pages for cashier took 10 mins to get there. Then it was a manager she was saying we are closed. I apologize but she was very rude . She did help me but she didn't have no choice. So don't go after 10 the gremlins come out 😂😂😂🤣

Bad customer service from the manager there was a Long line at customer service only one person working. Manager pass by many times by the employee saw the line never help or send help to assit customers. He just went inside his office came back with his stuff and clock out for the day. Waited 30 minutes in line insane.

Very frustrated by the gift card policy enacted by store managers Johnny and Lisa here making it very inconvenient to buy gift cards. Stupid $250 maximum with absolutely no discretion used by them despite clearly looking like I'm not being scammed. They've made up some rules that they say prevents fraud. But that's just prevents me from buying the products that I need. The only fraud and scam being done is by the store managers! They're so rude and smug as they go about inconveniencing people's days.

Lady working the register rudely wouldn't let me buy two packages of toilet paper. Not since the pandemic has that been an issue. It's the middle of 2024, there were no signs posted anywhere saying there's a limit. With the size of my household, I'd have to come back once a week to buy one at a time to keep up. I'm happy to say that Target is pretty much the same distance from the house and going there ever since has solved the problem.

The store is clean which is good BUT the woman behind the deli counter acts like she hates being there. She doesnt even say hello. Just stares at you waiting for you to tell you what you want. Friday i went in for rib tips that was on sale. I didnt know where they was and the man in the meat dept had no clue but he was nice. I was going to get ice cream bars which you would think would be with the ice cream. Finally found them in another aisle by frozen pies. Really?? I went back today because i fig out where rib tips was. In the deli which opens at 1000a. Went there at 1025a...man said 20 minutes so went to run errands...webt back 40 min later. Still not ready. Sale ends today but it it ridiculous going 3x in 1 day because the man behind the deli counter is an idiot and doesnt know how to read a timer. Its ridiculous to have to keep going back when it is 105 today in el paso. I know this concern wont help considering there are alot of complaints about the deli n yet the rude 1s are still here but maybe if enough people complain...they will eventually do something.
