I know Albertsons, like so many other big box grocery stores probably don’t care about this negative review…I’m only one customer out of millions, however…
Their Ready Meals Chicken Parmesan w/ Penne & Sauce was terrible! I can only guess that too many additives make it taste so bad. My wife and I both had to throw it in the trash after only a couple bites. I Couldn’t eat anymore. Going hungry tonight.

Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal customer to Albertsons. I was extremely happy to see that they were offering delivery. Used a few times without incident HOWEVER my last delivery order was not received. The picture clearly was not my house I contacted the store. Upon contacting the store they asked me to contact Door Dash, spoke to Door Dash was told credit would be returned to my card for the tip & delivery fee. Door Dash said I had to contact Albertsons for a refund. Called Albertsons & no one knew what to do & said they would have the store manager call me back needless to say I'm still waiting. I called the 800# but still waiting for a resolution. If this happens to anyone else please call your bank immediately so your bank can stop payment. Since this incident is haven't heard from Albertsons but they got my money....

A worker did not let me buy groceries at 9:50pm
I would of been out of there by 10:00pm for sure. I would of been there earlier, but my work schedule didnt allow it today.
If a store says they close at 10:00pm, they should honor the time.
The worker made unreasonable excuses.

One of my favorite store and convenience locations with one or the best Starbucks in El Paso Texas but thrust me this is possibly by everyone of the Starbucks workers at this location but the manager is the most bad mood in this location and also she didn’t like to customized the drinks that’s why when I see her behind the Starbucks counter I prefer walk away, sad for her and please if you are not happy with your job look for one makes you happier

Bought hot and fresh fried chicken, and it was unedible. I usually get it every weekend but there was something seriously wrong with this batch. It smelled and tasted like cigarette butts. Not sure if someone put something in the oil but we immediately got sick and threw it out
