Never been to an ALON/D&K, so we stopped in for a fountain drink and to check out their drink selection. OK but not great, not as extensive as the newer Circle Ks. Directly over both sides of the fountain drinks were two large banner type signs promoting the get 3, get the 4th for free. So we serve four drinks, which were more expensive than Circle K prices. We get to the register and the young lady tells us the promo is for the frozen, slushy type drinks only. Fool me once, shame on you.....It may only be overpriced drinks and false advertisement, but itś the principal here. Never setting foot inside a D&K (ALON) convenience store again.
