A rude, ungrateful and completely stupid lady would not let my daughter use the bathroom after I bought over 70 dollars in fuel.
Her excuse was they were putting up boxes.
The restrooms are in their own room. The doors open inward. There was absolutely zero reason to pull a stunt like this other than profiling.( I drive for a living and my daughter is with me for the summer. We just woke up from sleeping in a sleeper cab.)
The lady was a middle aged gray hair lady.
She needs replaced. Coustomer service here is aweful. And apparently shown by the other comments this is not a one time problem.

I love this store because it’s down the street from me and extremely convenient, but Patricia is always rude to me not sure if it’s my race I am a African American female, because she’s extra friendly to Mexicans especially men. I play lottery here mostly I asked her if she had a pen or pencil I could use she didn’t look up from what she was doing to even acknowledge I was standing there and said could you ask her pointing to the other cashier . This is not my first rude encounter with her, sometimes if I pull up to the store and can see her working I will pull off and drive down the road to another store. She’s very pleasant and phony when upper management is there to visit she actually spoke when she was being watched . Patricia do better you are in customer service!!!!

They had no gas. I tried a few different pumps unsuccessfully before going into the store to inquire, where the clerk pointed out they have a small handwritten sheet of paper on the door that says, "currently out of gas".
I recommend they place signs on all of the pumps to make this clear, as there were several people there besides me who ended up trying multiple pumps and were also confused why our transactions were going through but pumping no gas.

Place is nice fresh and clean! But what killed it was patricia! Girl if a costumer goes to buy coffees... You don't have cup holders ( and yes for the people reading this, I did ask for one) and I go grab a cup to put the creamers is because I needed a way to carry them. Your comment to me was " those cups are very expensive".. Bruh... They are 1.99... Like have u seen the gas prices! Lols even the eggs! Girl everything is expensive! You could just let me know that if I took it I had to pay for it which is what I was gonna do that's how I know they were only 1.99!!! Either youre condescending because u saw me in an apron or you're being extremely underpayed where 1.99 is too expensive to pay for you using it. So which one is it? Idk but you shouldn't be like that to costumers.

I stop by here every morning on my way to work and the manager with long hair is always in a horrible mood and cussing in front of the customers. Even if there’s a long line he’ll just walk around angry go outside to smoke and leave us all just standing there. They should def seek new workers for the morning crew
