If it was possible, I’d give zero stars.When I was searching for a florist, they did not want to give a quote. I understood that it was the weekend of Mother’s Day. Instead of offering assistance for another day, they were adamant about not accepting my business. I found another florist willing to help.The owner and employees were extremely rude. Based on my experience, I would not in any way, shape, or form recommend this shop. Their customer service was subpar.

I have ordered two plants from Anita’s in the past few months. Both of them were different and beautiful. They add their magic touch to them and added some dry flowers to increase their beauty. I would highly recommend them. The lady that helped me decide what to buy even sent me some pics that she took from her cell. That was really helpful. Customer service was excellent!

Went in the store and ordered an arrangement for my mom 60th bday. The lady wearing glasses helped me. We looked at arrangements I showed her the ones I liked. We used the flowers they had available. Because she states they never have all the flowers they advertise. Long story short, she used the roses arrangement that was already there12 roses, added 6 sun flowers, 6 carnations didn’t add anything else, no different base. $145dls and it did not look how we had agreed on.

This is the second time Ive used them for a flower arrangement. I went in wanting to get something for my wife and they were out of the flower I was wanting. I asked for suggestions for another flower since the one I wanted they no longer had. They suggested another flower and I asked which colors it was and what it looked like. The lady helping me went to the back to look for one, telling another employee I didn’t know what that flower was and chuckling while doing so. Thought that was pretty unprofessional of her. Service was poor and ended up ordering just because this store is close to home.I called another flower shop I usually go to that’s a bit further away. They had the flower I had originally wanted for the arrangement and had great customer service. I cancelled and got my order from Anita’s refunded. Won’t be using Anita’s Flowers again.

I went to get flowers for my wife and they were completely sold out. Their inventory was almost non existent and when she informed me she did not have any flowers available, she made no effort to assist me for possibly the next day. If you want to buy flowers for a special occasion, I suggest going to another establishment to save yourself time.

I absolutely recommend Anita's, they make such gorgeous arrangements here. My bouquet exceeded my expectations. They gave me recommendations and made something just perfect for me.
