I am in love with this gym the staff is super friendly and helpful. The training is amazing and the trainer Carlos is motivating and has yoga on some days that helps with cooling down. absolutely recommend this gym!

The personal training staff is amazing, collectively and independently. The workouts are intentional, challenging and fun. Carlos is especially fantastic with people who have disabilities and works around their physical and mental limitations. The training staff creates a comfortable social environment for all kinds of people to achieve their fitness goals.

The gym is awesome. One of the trainers Carlos has changed the game for me as of recent helping me perfect my technique when he sees I need improvement. I always look forward to going in the afternoon knowing that he will be there and always be willing to help me

Very friendly and professional staff, the registration process was pretty fast and actually informative about the programs, policies, and basic knowledge of the facility. I really enjoy working out here and the employees all seem very engaged and happy to assist with any questions.

I love going there around 10 am. They usually have The View on two TVs. It pisses me off and powers me through a good workout. I've saved so much $$$ on pre-workout!
