I just purchased the 2025 MacBook Pro M5 14 inch 32GB 4TB SSD 70W and it is a beautiful laptop with great features to include Apple intelligence and its lightening fast. Very satisfied! I also bought the IPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Deep Blue another great buy! 😃 📱

My MacBook Air was working very slow and I was hoping that this Apple Store would be able to troubleshoot it. I left it there for a week and upon picking it up, my laptop was no longer even turning on. Very disappointed with the service provided. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. THEY WILL PROBABLY BREAK YOUR EXPENSIVE ITEMS EVEN MORE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

Low quality products and bad customer service. I made an appt and was waiting way after the appointment time before anyone talked to me after check in. I would recommend switching to android, the apple products lost functionality at 2 years every time I bought one

Never had to wait in line to get in. Did have issues once with shipping/receiving a few times but overall it is an excellent store with very helpful staff.

I came here for a consultation on Monday, October 6 2025, at around 2pm. My consultant/technician was Gabe (I believe his full name is Gabriel Fuentes). Gabe was so knowledgeable, professional, fluid, balanced - and I walked away so well-informed, empowered and assured. I barely write reviews, but I have to give credit when due. Thanks a lot Gabe, I will be back for sure!
