We made our purchase Friday 13th and had zero issues with Sonya and Saul. The problems arose today (17th) when I went to Virginia's location where she emphatically yelled and disrespected me. I was hardly able to get a word in and chose to deal with Sal, who she clearly had in a weird position. For context, I was given the run around with my code, gave them the documents requested and was told to leave in a threatening manner. She (Virginia) is the perfect liar who tried to tell I couldn't record on the premises, get out and she has no manager. She made zero mention of Corrie, then rudely told me to get out and read the number for customer service when I asked about making a complaint. She also lied, saying there was an audio recording. The only reason you get a two is for the patience of Sal, and basically everyone else I dealt with outside of her. Please document her behavior which I can only suspect was racist based off her skeptical, negative tone given the situation. She told me I was panting when calmly responding to her toxic drama. Specifically, because I sat my folder on the counter, she said I made her uncomfortable. If she has had similar instances in the past, get her out of the way. I don't think managers trying to gaslight customers is a good look. Virginia also needs to have training on how to listen. She is rude, impatient and very disrespectful. The video will show her constantly cut me off during the terrible interaction we had until I just spoke to the guy working under her. She's a problem and a bad hire who told me about employees taking a lock from me instead of making me give it to her. Very unprofessional and nasty. She agreed with me in a fit of rage when I said, okay so it's like night and day depending on who you talk to at Extra Space Storage. Is this management material for real? She is an embarrassment and should read up on the law before yelling at tenants leasing space with you to " leave now". Please just watch the video from our interaction and do the right thing for the customers and employees like Sal who I'm sure wasn't trying to stir up trouble.

BE CAREFUL RENTING from this place, they claim safety is their top priority but once your unit gets broken into they bring out the “youre responsible for your items we are just a storage.” not all the lanes have cameras. my unit was broken into and even when they saw a man leaving the premises with an unidentified number and NOTHING is done. my purses my shoes my home decor just someone just took what i worked hard to earn for my family and i and this business and eppd cannot care less. take your stuff elsewhere fr fr
