I placed an online order and paid for same day delivery. I received an email and a text that my order was ready for delivery, that a 3rd party would becontact8ng me. The delivery window was from 2 PM to 6 PM. I stayed home waiting all that time. At around 5:20 PM I called the store and spoke with the store manager, Vanessa. She explained that the item was still at the store, since they use a 3rd party for delivery there is nothing they can do. All she can do is give me a refund. I don't care that they use a 3rd party, I paid At Home for the same day delivery and they didn't deliver.

Found the item I was looking for, but the store is huge and there were no employees to help us. The store pretty much was empty, you can say we had the store to ourselves. They have a vast of of beautiful items on stock. So we had to search almost the entire store to find it. The cashier was nice and helps us promptly. I am happy with our purchase.
