I wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to NOAH for his great customer service and patience! Very Sharp with his skills nd being very Professional.. I also noticed his Co-worker trying to jump in nd helping answer calls during her lunch break 🙌🏼 but Noah was able to multitask nd take care of incoming calls.. What a AWESOME TEAM !!

We had an initially good experience and came to find out there was a lot of misleading and dishonesty with one of their workers. Needless to say this left a bad taste for ATT as new customers. Disappointing as the store is nice and most workers are friendly. Just be very careful in what you are being told.

I went to this location Sunday July 21 10 minutes before 12
The guy that was there at this time opened the door and said “ I am not open yet ma’am until 12 sorry “
Rude ugly.
I said ok
I will come back later
I went back and it was the same guy working there, no customers at that time around 1:30 pm
I told him that I need to separate my line from my sister plan. He said “ I can’t help you both of you have yo be here present, or you have to call customer service and make a three way call to make the change” and the stupid ignorant guy said” do you know how to make a three way call?” Like if I was an ignorant like him
I am sure he fue not have not even a bachelor in anything to work there probably just high school if he has any education at all. He can’t imagine that I have a degree in information systems.

We came to see find a phone, and check for the plan, JESSE that works there was super helpful, very very patient with us that we won’t have the knowledge of technology. He show us the plans, phones, and the options that he had. I’m so great full for all his hel, I wish all where you go, anything have the patience he had. Thank you??!!!!

Waited 5 hours for a simple line activation and new phone purchase. Completely unacceptable, I was in the shop at 11:30 so half an hour after they opened and now it's an hour before closing (5PM). 5 customers were assisted and checked out before me, The Last thing I wanted to do is spend my day here right after a deployment.
