I was having issues with my new wireless and internet service bill that I ordered online last week, so I visited this location in hopes of some assistance with deciphering my new account. Chris, the manager at the Pebble Hills office explained the process and charges in laymen’s terms that made the transition easier to process. He applied a teacher’s discount that the online agents never offered and also helped guide me on what to expect for my future statements. He was extremely professional but most importantly patient and understanding when acknowledging how depressed I was feeling after leaving T Mobile after 24 years with them. The activation fees, transferring of lines, and long waiting times online made me regret switching carriers, but Chris provided exceptional customer service where I now feel comfortable with my decision and know that I can visit the store if any other issues arise in the future. Thank you so much, Chris!

This store deserves a 0!!! They will sale you wrong items and won’t give you a refund when you bring it to their attention! Anything for a Buck! They don’t care about their customers! I would never recommend this store to anyone! Really bad service! Please be aware!!!!!

If i could leave a 0 star i would! Went to get high speed internet on August 30th i paid 100$ as a down payment for next months bill! I got my modem 3 days after but guess what? No internet connection! I lasted 1 whole month without WiFi! I kept on calling all of September and they “supposedly” made appointments over and over and i never got my WiFi! I called headquarters and actually helped me BUT! AGAIN i had to pay 100$ to activate my WiFi. They did activate it but its crazy i only have 4 days with activation and they already charged me this months bill!!

My experience at the this AT&T was fantastic, all thanks to Christy! She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the latest iPhones but also super friendly and approachable. Christy patiently walked me through all my technical questions and helped me find the perfect phone for my needs. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days.
