Went in as a new customer to port in my number from T-Mobile, and the manager there Alex scammed me. He said if added 2 more lines he would give me free AirPods. Well that was a lie, I found out I was paying for those AirPods via installments on my bill, he also opened my account as a business and it was a nightmare to get it fixed. Bottom line is, this store is run by crooks.

Don't' bother upgrading. It's easier to switch carriers. I made the mistake of coming to this location to upgrade my phone. Considering the countless emails I receive encouraging me to upgrade, I thought this would be a common and simple transaction. I was wrong. In the 4 attempts I made to complete the trade-in, I was sent home three times being told it would be easier/faster/better for me to download/upload/reboot/wipe out at home. I was told as long as I brought the phone back by the end of the month, the trade would be honored. I came at the end of the month to complete the trade and was told it was outside the trade-in window. I was told to call AT&T (while I was in the AT&T store) to get special permission. I called while at the store and was on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue. When I was finally "granted permission" to trade the phone in for the original trade-in value. I was told by the store associates that they could not accept my phone or complete the trade in because they required a shipping label. The store associate and the phone associate went back and forth blaming each other before the call "was disconnected".

One of the worst ATT I've been to. Returned upopened (sealed) IPads... (on promotion that was actually not a promotion) still charged me the restocking fee without being told there would be a fee for returning... they'll get their quick sale but not much help after that. STAY AWAY.

Awful experience. Wasted over 3 hours of my life to tell me they couldn't transfer my old phone to an upgrade because no one at the store had credentials?
First lady I dealt with didn't know how to help so she went with the manager who told me to come back in 40 minutes after an update. In addition they spoke Spanish about me in front of me not knowing I speak Spanish. After coming back phone still not able to transfer. Proceeded to spend 1.5 hours trying the same process over and over repeating the same messages to no avail. The staff literally stopped helping me to join some sort of mid-day team meeting. After leaving my phones with them for 2.5 hrs plus I left because they had no answers for moving forward.

The manager didn’t help at all with the problem we had nobody would help us just told us to pay a 700 dollar bill that was an error because of AT&T we called online support as well and finally someone fixed the problem but the store was no help what so ever 👎🏻

I paid for a lifetime warranty screen protector, and when I went in, I had to pay $11 for my screen protector to be replaced since the free replacements is no longer taking place with your company but this information was not given to me when I purchased my first iPhone 15 with you guys 3 to 4 months back and also the bew screen protector installed on my visit has bubbles in some spots so it wasn't installed properly.

A crew from AT&T showed up to my house while I was in a meeting (work from home). They rang my doorbell repeatedly and I had to leave my meeting to answer the door. They demanded to get into my backyard to do some unknown work. I don't even have AT&T! They didn't have the basic Human courtesy to contact me ahead to schedule this, no warning, no professionalism whatsoever. I let them into the backyard but asked them to not be loud since I was still on a meeting and of course they banged around loudly dragging equipment and tools and yelling at each other. They didn't close the gate when they finished leaving it wide open (big surprise)and didn't even knock to tell me they were done. I didn't find out until I went to check and they were just gone. AT&T is terrible and their workers are rude. This store is the closest to my house so the crew was likely sent from there. I will never use AT&T and I encourage all of you not to use them either.

On the evening of June 11th which was a Thursday, My husband and I decided to go to AT&t to get a replacement device we both have a Motorola razor Plus phone and it hasn't even been a year yet that we had these mobile devices and the reason for the visit was that my husband's cell phone front screen is pitch black and my cell phone overheats, two of the gentlemen that were working the evening shift couldn't even help us couldn't give us a good advice All they said was call the 1-800 number as a matter of fact they attended us till closing time 10 minutes before closing due to the fact that they were helping another customer that was with them since the moment we arrived and that was before 7:00 pm , we both need our phones due to work related we even suggested that if we could just get another device and just to change the bill payment and we'll just pay the difference they said they couldn't so I will be filing a lawsuit against AT&t we have a warranty that expires in November of this year , The mobile devices that we purchase like I recall it hasn't even been a year The devices are not even working properly and I will not be making business with AT&t anymore never again...

Thank you Patrick for managing our unique request of activating my mother’s new phone while on the line with us all the way from Maryland. We cannot thank you enough Patrick and the entire AT&T store for being so accommodating, understanding, professional and friendly. You have made life long customers out of us and when my mom needs a new phone, which she will since her last one was hacked, we will make sure she gets a new phone from this AT&T location.

As soon as I came into the establishment a service representative was ready to assist. He was able to answer my questions fully without hesitation, it's great to see individuals knowing their info without having to venture off to someone else and or having to look it up.

Staff at this location don't care for customers or retaining customers, all they care about is meeting quotas or their commissions. Tried buying a phone right before Christmas and ended up being accused of being in the reselling of phones in Mexico.
