Fernando gave me incorrect information.
He was canvassing my neighborhood and told me AT&T was switching services and told me that the new installation was going to take 10 minutes since they just needed to change the modem. When the technician arrived he said that was not true and the change of service was going to take anywhere from 3-4 hours because he had to change the cables.
He also quoted me $55 for the new service and that was also incorrect. Luckily the technician gave me a heads up and was able to sort things out. Really upset about my experience.

Great store and service, I had originally gone to the sunland park att store that messed up my account and this att store at fountains fixed everything! They also added my employer discount and added internet to my house.

Feb 11 2025, I walked in the store told sales rep “Marisol” i needed help to activate my phone and she pulled out the little paper from the box and was like you could have set it up at home and i was like um okay but i need help now? And then she activated it and i was i need help setting it up and she was like you can do it at home? And i was like idk know how so i started it and she kept having me hit set up later until it came to backing up my icloud and then 10 min in she was like you should just take it home and finish backing it up cause its going to take hours. She acted annoyed the whole time. This was such a horrible experience and I just switched from T-Mobile to att! Not a good start!

I highly regret my att coverage it is high in price and the phone insurance they provide is bogus. everytime i come to their stores i rarely get my problems fixed it is all the same thing just being on the phone forever and hoping with everything that the customer service rep is not in a bad mood. i only give 3 stars because the workers here are nice but i am sure they can admit the system they work for is crap. switching ASAP.

Terrible service 😡 very expensive more than 200 dollars for 4 lines, without being able to cancel because they charge me for a phone that they had "given" me a sum of more than 900 dollars, think about it when they want to "gift" you a phone

I give zero stars to this location for feeding me and my family lies, unfortunately I can’t post unless I give at least one star. I went to upgrade my daughter’s line and was offered a promo for $1,000 if I pre-ordered the iPhone 16 pro and traded in my daughter’s 12 mini. I was offered this from the manager at this location named Fernando. The phone was ordered in September and I received it in October. When I went back to pick up the device at this location I was told that this was no longer the case and I would only be receiving a trade in value of $350. When I told Fernando that was not the agreement he told me not to worry about it, he would fix it in 72hrs. It’s now been 336hrs. I still have no resolution and this “manager” is avoiding me. No longer answering my phones calls, text, or acknowledgement when I return to the store. I reached out to loyalty who advised me to contact the DM Patrick who also has not returned my calls or texts. When I went into the store today the rep Ferny who assisted me and was great, went to the assistant manager on duty for advice on how to resolve my issue. The assistant manager told Ferny to let me know they were unable to do anything, they were not the one who made the agreement with me. This is extreme lack of professionalism and management. Accountability needs to be held and my account needs to be fixed to the original agreement I made with Fernando.

I came in to add my wife and my mother in-law into my line, Fernie Junior! Great guy helped me along with allowing me to see all the promos and additions. Thank you for taking so much of your time into breaking it down for me. Also allowing me to be able to understand the whole gist of the whole transaction! Thank you AT&T 11/10 amazing service!
