I came in yesterday wanting information on screen repair. I got my phone here and im paying for insurance and all extra charges so i automatically thought i could come here. Upon arrival, me and my partner were greeted with a not so welcoming attitude by a rude representative named Edgar. I proceeded to explain my issue about the screen and without a beat he tries to shorten our stay with single word responses as he's trying to walk away. Doesn't even bother to give information. I had to ask sternly for a simple 1-800 number. We were basically welcomed for no more than 10 seconds. He could have just asked us to leave.

Great service! Edgar did an awesome job getting my new phone added to my plan. And helped my husband further when he had additional needs for his phone set up. Quick service. No wait time. Will definitely go back for future plan assistance.

I really like going to this store never not to crowded in an out ASAP and my go to person is JOSUE I truly recommend asking for him the first time was awesome experience with him the second time was a charm so definitely check him out at 9039 dyer and Hercules in front of burger king and Krispy Kreme awesome person and salesman...enjoy & G0dBless from your boi Droopydadon 🫡💯

Terrible customer service. Does not explain charges in detail. We had 160 in unexplained charges. Said bill would not go up. Monthly bill would have increased by 50. BE AWARE OF THESE SALES REPS.

This store does not have SIM cards in stock.
Also, the customer service was lacking. The person that helped us just said
"are u gonna make a payment?"
No hello, no wave 👋🏽, no simple courtesy. Just- are you gonna make a payment?
The rest of the conversation was awkward, the person mumbled and they didn't seem like they wanted to help us.
Finally, the store has a strong scent of fake fragrance.
*AT&T North Hills* has much better customer service, ask for Jonathan! *at North Hills location by the Albertsons, not this one.
