The ATT representative Esmeralda at Red road branch solved the problem of billing with ATT. This problem started six months ago and it was never resolved because the ATT internet support group told me different strategies leading to passing me to other departments and inspite of trying to solve this problem it got worst and I was told that I have been delinquent which is bad for my credit rating that I had worked for years.The other problem is waiting at least 30 minutes to be able to tallk to a representative. I got fed up went to ATT in red road talked to Esmeralda who was very patient and explained to me where the problem was. From the support group nobody told me that whenever you make changes you have to pay the initial charges until the change of responsibly is approved and charges will be transferred to me. We fixed this problem in less than two hours guided me to talk to the loyalty customer service who waved the delinquency Charges the problem. she also told me that being retired in military I was entitled for a discount. I commend Esmeralda for her patience,listening to the problem, her willingness to continue seeking help if have more problems. Please give her credit on my behalf( Jaime E. Soria.) If not for her I was probably with Verizon now, but I have been with ATT for at least 8 yrs and I will not do it but almost did. Thanks to Esmeralda and May God bless her. Esmeralda is a the type of employee that you should keep so as not to tarnish ATT reputation and lose customer in the process.

I recently visited this AT&T store and was assisted by Felipe. As a military family, we were looking for specific plan options and discounts, Felipe was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions about the various plans and helped me find the best solution.
