Was told an amount that was going to be charged. It ended up being doubled when I got my bill. They added a line I didn’t ask for and other services I didn’t ask for.

I came to this store to get my moms phone fixed. First off the insurance with AT&T is a sham, it doesn't cover crap!! After going to this store they took my upgrade without my permission and gave it to her then tried to charge me an additional $200 without telling me!! So then I had to go out of my way and go back to the store to fix it all. The manager Aaron was completely rude and said this was the way it worked even after I called AT&T service the day before and, they told me the store messed up my account. This store manager didn't listen to what the service representatives had told me the previous day and just blew me off. Worst experience ever at an AT&T store. Even while I was in there he began to help another customer without finishing with me. Very disappointing. They were enough to make me want to switch.

Got the 2 newest Apple iPhones. Then as I was leaving… said “do you guys want free watches to go with your new phones”
So he sold me a watch that I didn’t even want to begin with paid the taxes up front, stated the watches would be free just pay for the service(10$)USD and actual watches for the next three months, been paying for my watch and the service (which service doesn’t even work) since December 2023! Never got my additional watch cause at the time they didnt have my color (black) Marcos said that for 3 billing cycles it was gonna charge me and then I would be credited once the promo went through. HASNT HAPPENED. Still paying for everything.
DO NOT GO TO AT&T
And as a first net customer it’s worse.
Went today to the store to sort it out(06-11-2024) they advised there is nothing I can do. That I basically got scammed!!! To call customer service on the 1800 number and maybe they can help!!!!!

I’m reading all this reviews about this particular store, well let me start by saying that this store has the worst service, not only that but employees that steal from you when you trust them. A few months ago I went to get my new IPhone 15, which was a trade in, I got my box and the employee, Eddie Rangel, tells me to take it home, transfer my data to the new one , and to take the trade in back to the store for him to send it to ATT. That’s exactly what I did! I trusted him, but he didn’t return the device. Two months later, I got my monthly statement and I see that there was a charge because the device that I returned to the store was never sent. I went to the store, but obviously he didn’t work at that store anymore. Victoria the new manager looked at me and said, “this is not the first time that he does this, you are not the only one.” She said, “Don’t worry, we will fix this.” I waited a few days, but she didn’t even bother to called me. I went back to the store, she wasn’t working there anymore. I told my story to the new manager, Alex, he also told me, “Don’t worry, I will take it to my supervisor, he didn’t do anything about it either ?. I spent hours talking to customers ATT customer service, they told me that I had to pay the unreturned device if not they were going to disconnect my service. I ended up paying 520.00 for the device that I returned!!! I don’t recommend any of you going to this store, they steal devices. I don’t know how this guy, Eddie Rangel is still working for ATT. I’m very disappointed!! I will never return to this store ?

Great customer experience. Unfortunately I had to switch to another mobile carrier because of work and needed help to unlock my device to be able to use it on another carrier. Esmeralda went above and beyond to help me, and was courteous and efficient.

Out of all AT&T locations in El Paso, this one was the best. I loved the fast service and availability. In my experience, this is the best location, and believe me, I have tried all of them. If you’re looking for quality and efficiency, this is it.
