Do not buy their screen protectors here! I was told they replace them free (not true) in store (not true). They direct you to a website where you have to pay $11 to get a new screen protector. For the 40plus dollars they charge, just order off Amazon

I came to the store with a problem I couldn’t solve for weeks. Miguel was with us the entire 5 hours that it took to solve the problem, really big help couldn’t do it without him!

I purchased a screen protector for my iPhone 16 last year that included unlimited replacements. After opening a second AT&T account and merging them, the store could no longer locate my original purchase. While I was in the store, they briefly found the record, but within minutes claimed it had “disappeared” from their system and refused to honor the replacement. This was very frustrating and disappointing. Francisco was not helpful, and the overall customer service experience was poor.

I’m really very confused about all the positivity in these reviews. When I came to this location the girl tried to force me to buy practically every single product under the sun, when all I needed was to add a line. In the middle of me telling her I need a phone at a low monthly price bc this was very sudden, and she starts going off about earpods and JBL speakers. I was adding a line in a moment of distress and it was wild to me that this girl tried taking so much advantage of me.
Now I am paying $200 a month for TWO LINES. Insane. I worked retention for this company and I can CONFIDENTLY say they are ripping us all off like crazy. I should not be paying what I’m paying bottom line. As soon as I’m able to (due to installment plans) I will 100% be canceling my service with AT&T.
As for the employee she should seriously worry less about her monthly sales and realize some of us are literally just people trying to MAKE ENDS MEET. Take social cues.

At the El Paso AT&T 6450 N.Desert location, Victoria was AWESOME!! She immediately took care of my questions and concerns in getting a new Apple IPhone 16 ProMax, she was very helpful in addressing my questions and concerns. She was easy to talk to and made the visit comfortable..
