Tried to obtain internet over the phone with sales rep. Was lied to about the “promotion.” Came to this store because we were told any store could help us return the items. Ernesto received us and seemed immediately bothered and reluctant to help. Kept saying there was nothing he could do. kept diverting responsibility to customer service on the phone. Finally Gisela came to the rescue and helped us tremendously! Took care of us with great customer service. Extremely nice, professional. My family and I would do business with this facility only if she is available!! Thank you Gisela!

Came in because my android auto was no longer working. I figured first stop here before I go to the dealership which takes forever! I spoke with the manager and she was able to find a fix on Google for me even though it had nothing to do with my phone. A+ customer service!
