I want to say that josh is an excellent customer service representative for AT&T; he goes above and beyond; he's patient, and he explains he is a computer of knowledge. I appreciate that ladies and gentlemen of El Paso, Texas; if you want to buy a phone or any service, come here to this facility AT&T and ask for Josh; he will help you, and you will be happy I promise; now to all the tourist coming to the Sun City thank you for visiting if you just arrived in the airport and you need to buy a phone I got the right place; to follow the address put it on the Google Maps, and it's going to take you about 10 minutes from the airport to this AT&T location thank you God bless you

Overall great experience, very happy with our decision to leave our previous carrier. Customer service at the El Paso George Dieter store was beyond our expectations. Strongly recommend ATT and in particular the El PasoGeorge Dieter Store, talk to Patrick!

The employees are friendly and really nice, in store is a good experience. But when you get you bill that's when it goes downhill. I bought a new phone for my husband and when everything was done I asked the salesman if there were going to be any other fees I need to know about and he said no I was good, but when I looked at the bill there was a $35 upgrade fee and they signed us up for the att next plan after we declined it. We went to the manager and she couldn't care less she told us that's just how it is and she couldn't help us. Thankfully the customer service at ATT corporate care s a hell of a lot more and was able to help us out.

Customer service was impeccable, and professionalism was outstanding. Matt took the time to brainstorm our needs and, along with his team, provide us the best options available. What impressed me the most was Matt's capability of micromanagement as more customers kept walking in. Great team, you guys got at PRIME COMMS - TX MONTWOOD in EL PASO, TX. In all my years with ATT, I finally felt welcomed and heard. Thank you.

I went to the store for 1 new line and the assistant manager, Patrick, truly went above and beyond in finding the best solutions for other matters. Not only did I come out with my other phone line but I ended up with a better internet deal. Thank you!

So upsetting! No only did the salesperson lie to me about the plan he sold me but my account is with a wrong phone number saying I went over 600 gb! I’m being charged for over $3,000! And I live in an apartment with a roommate. I completely got taken advantage of I called my local store and said that’s out of their reach and cannot help me and said I would be charged $200 to cancel my plan! Just absolutely ridiculous

I’m in El Paso 79936. ATT tech Robert Vargas came out to my home and repaired a cut line in the neighborhood. He restored my service and was amazing. Courteous and professional. Great customer service. Thank you Robert and ATT:)

My least favorite location. Always a mess, representative’s always say “call 611” and never want to assist on the mistakes that were done in store. Never want to help out on questions and have attitude.

I switched from Tmobile to ATnT and has been a bad experience. Not onky did the salesperson lie about the deals but my account was a mess. Now my service is terrible n I am paying more than what they agreed on.
