“Previous day, went to the AZ on Pellicano and the manager ( older individual ) there told me that my battery, which was under warranty only needed a charge ( which i had charged over night ) picked up 2 hrs later. Put it on my jeep then 2 cranks later the jeep didn't start. Was stranded. Took the battery off the jeep and took it to AZ on Zaragoza....what a difference on the customer care. I will stay away from the AZ on Pellicano.”

“Best muffler shop in El Paso! Had a completely destroyed exhaust system due to running something over in my lowered sports car. I called on a friday morning at 07:30 when they opened i was told to bring it up there, and mike instantly got on the job and repaired my full exhaust system within the day! No appointment no warning and still crushed the job out of the park ! Please bring your business here every other shop is a scam ! i've been to 3 different ones and this is the first time i've ever had something positive to say and brag about in the car community.
