I came to Automotive Lighting to pick up a load from Dock 2, and the experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What should have been a routine pickup turned into a nearly 16-hour wait just to get loaded. This kind of delay shows a complete lack of respect for drivers’ time. The staff at Dock 2 repeatedly misrepresented the situation. I was told multiple times that I was “next” or that the load would be ready “soon,” but these statements were not true. Hours passed with no progress and no honest communication. Being given false information made the long wait even more stressful and unnecessary. In addition to the delay, the employees at Dock 2 misbehaved and acted very unprofessionally. When I asked for updates politely, I was ignored, spoken to rudely, or treated with a dismissive attitude. Instead of helping, the staff created a hostile and disrespectful environment. I also experienced unfair and biased treatment while waiting to pick up my load. Other trucks were taken ahead without explanation, while I continued waiting. The way I was treated made me feel singled out, and the behavior came across as discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable. Holding a driver for almost 16 hours, misrepresenting information, and allowing staff to behave this way reflects poor management and lack of accountability. Automotive Lighting needs serious improvement in communication, professionalism, and respect for drivers, especially at Dock 2. Based on this experience, I would not recommend picking up a load from Automotive Lighting – Dock 2 unless major changes are made.

Every time I go there to pick up or offload , I wast 4 to 6 hours, sometimes more

Get here super early atleast 2 hr before delivery time because if not it is first come first serve and only one dock is used no 7. I arrived 9 am appointment time and was 5th in line waiting over 2 hrs to get in dock

Absolutely, horrendous. Stand at the check in window for thirty minutes. At least twenty five different employees walk by within three feet of you.Will not acknowledge you in any way shape.form or fashion. Will not allow you to use the restroom, and they're too cheap to even put in a porta potty.

hurry up and wait type of place and while you wait for hours truck drivers being humans we just might need to use the restroom and the discriminate DRIVERS to not use their establishment restrooms while they make you wait..

Very bad, I arrived at 11:30 and they did not want to serve me, they told me that the load had not crossed the border and it had been ready for 1 day only until the afternoon shift came in. They loaded me, I left at 9.00pm, a disaster and very despotic.
