I bought an alternator at the AutoZone on Mesa at Sunland Park and unfortunately they didn't have the gun tool to change my serpentine belt pulley, from the old alternator.
I came to the AutoZone Stanton and they were able to change the pulley for me on the spot.

Detestable service thanks to the Manager DIANA.On November 6, 2023, I went to the Autozone store at 911 S Stanton St, El Paso, TX 79901 at 7:15 pm, and the store was alone, 3 minutes passed, and no one was there, I decided to go to the bathroom and I found the Manager called “Diana” with a young man in the bathroom and I waited until they vacated the bathroom for more than 5 minutes and they did not leave the bathroom and I returned to the customer service counter of the store and there was still no person attending the front of the store, I started talking out loud saying who was serving here? This was after 15 minutes making noise for someone to come and serve me and until then the manager DIANA came out of the bathroom holding the hand of a man who does not work at Autozone and in an arrogant manner and without paying attention to me she went to the customer counter . Asking other workers, they tell me that this is very common for Manager Diana who is with her boyfriend inside the Autozone store walking hand in hand with her boyfriend who does not work at Autozone in an extremely ridiculous act. After making my purchases I went to the bathroom of the branch and it was 8:00 pm and the manager DIANA closed the bathroom so that I could not enter with the intention of disturbing, so I go to where she was and tell Diana the Manager to open the bathroom for me and he told me no because I wash the bathroom and he can't open it for me anymore. And I told him that why did he wash the bathroom if it's not yet time to close the store, it's barely 8 pm. You can verify on the store's cameras that this manager spends her time dating in the hallways of the branch. I don't know who chooses the Managers because the employees themselves say that she is an arrogant person and forces the employees to do their work because she says she has the power, the truth is that it can happen among co-workers, but with us Clients are very sensitive to the attention they should pay. And I am a very frequent customer and you can verify this if you contact me to review my account.

Called asking for Info , lady answered rudely stated to many calls were going on and wasn’t sure who wanted what. Never calling back again GO TO OTHER AUTOZONE!!!!
