Waited in line for about 15 minutes with not a single person at the front counter and people just sitting around in the back, customer service is terrible. Would not come here. Unless you want to wait in line for 20+ minutes with no help. Ridiculous

Superb! In the 20+ years I’ve been buying my auto part items…this is the first time the sales rep, Sam A., Not just sold me the part but quickly offered to install it. Usually they just bad the item and on my way. He saved me time and a call to bother someone else in helping me. Thank you for your service. Happy customer!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this location, this older lady who helped was just very rude and unprofessional… I asked for some help to look for a part of my car and she said she didn’t know anything about, I asked if she could go outside and check it out and she said no that she couldn’t… then she asked another employee if he could help and he said no he was doing something else and she just simply said I can’t help you, I just said I’ll go to another store and she simply said go for it

OMG O had battery trouble and Dylan and Sam was amazing!! They tested and replaced my battery with no problem. They even tested my starter and alternator after they replaced the battery to ensure everything was good!! I definitely recommend this AutoZone!!

Wonderful experience went in for a battery change. They let me replace the battery right there lending me the tools, the employee their name Lo was very helpful and sweet very hands on making sure I was taken care of That if there was anything I needed to let her know……. the best
